Water is critical to the transportation of nutrients, hormones, and chemical messages throughout our bodies. Our bodies utilize two main processes, called hydrolysis and osmosis, to support life.
The focus this week is on alkalization. Our goal should be to have a balanced, slightly alkaline pH for greater health. Some more common ailments associated with too acidic of a pH include acne, joint pain, sleep problems, premature aging, slow digestion and weight gain.
When it comes to working out, there is a fine line between working too hard and not hard enough to achieve amazing results. We’ll teach you the importance of knowing when to push and when to rest.
2017 was a great year – here is our year in review
TABATA – that’s fun to say! Tabata has recently become a very popular training method and for good reason – it is an incredibly effective and efficient tool to get into great shape fast!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! The holidays are a time for celebration with family and friends. They’re also the time of year when many people find themselves “falling off the wagon” when it comes to healthy habits. This can lead to a lot of guilt and stress during a time that should be enjoyed and cherished.

She has completely changed her life by committing to a healthy lifestyle that she will be able to sustain for the rest of her life.
Things totally change when you become a parent. There is a season in life for everything. There are seasons in our life where nutrition and exercise are not the priority. The key is to recognize that these are seasons to our life, and even though winter feels like it will last forever – spring is coming!
