We are getting so excited to welcome our new baby girl into the world. I will be taking the next 12 weeks off, and will be leaving you in the very capable and caring hands of my husband, Mike Wilcox. Last week was a pretty rough one for most Mainers. A state of emergency has been declared due to an incredible tropical storm that took out power to over 500,000 Mainers. We were without power from Monday morning around 8:30am to Thursday afternoon around 2pm. Last week reaffirmed many things for us both personally and in our business.

Things totally change when you become a parent. There is a season in life for everything. There are seasons in our life where nutrition and exercise are not the priority. The key is to recognize that these are seasons to our life, and even though winter feels like it will last forever – spring is coming!
